Ordered 2 packs of these because ansmann has proved to me that it's 3X better than eneloop ever was. They seem to have more power and last a lot longer before recharge times. I had rcvd two out of four that wouldn't charge up (which was unusual for ansmann, to me anyways) however I got in touch with customer service and they immediately mailed out a new four pack and even paid the shipping and the new package was here a lot faster than I expected. Excellent customer service! I would buy from again next time gonna try the 9v ansmanns.
