Follow the instructions below to send your microphone to Fitness Audio for warranty or repair service -

  • Fill out the form - be very descriptive on the problem - multiple items on one form is permitted.
  • Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RA information.
  • Print a copy and send it to the address below with your product.
  • Once the product is received, it goes through their testing and evaluation process and you will be contacted via email with a diagnosis and next steps.
